Ubud, 7 October 2025 — Are you on track in one or more leadership challenges?

Story

This week, what inspires me most about leadership is Contributing Daily. In Grow3Leaders, we ask members of our community of practice to invest 15 minutes a day—showing up, sharing insights, and practicing together. It may sound simple, but daily presence is the foundation of real growth.

When the members take on a leadership challenge with their Collab—like our ongoing Workplace Challenge—they are also invited to “Do The Dailies”: short, focused, 15-minute meetings with their Collabmates. These moments keep them on track in their weekly tasks, with energy alive and collaboration flowing.

Over time, this rhythm builds more than habits. It strengthens consistency, fuels enthusiasm, and deepens collaboration—the qualities that leaders need most. Moreover, the leadership challenges become an integral part of their work.

Challenge

Daily commitment is not always easy. But Grow3Leaders offers you experiential learning that transforms challenges into growth. Research shows that engaging in real leadership challenges with your colleagues is the fastest way to expand your leadership capacity.

That’s why we encourage every member to lean into the process. The growth is not abstract—it’s lived, shared, and strengthened in the daily practice. Once you experience the energy that comes from practicing together, you will want more of it.

So here’s the challenge: are you keeping up with your dailies? Are you showing up, contributing, and stretching into leadership challenges daily?

Question

To join and get the full benefit of Grow3Leaders, ask yourself this: are you on track in one or more leadership challenges? The answer is either Yes or No.

If Yes, we celebrate with you—keep going! You’re already building momentum for positive changes in your workplace and in the world.

If No, then now is the moment to recommit. Only you can choose to step in fully. How will you answer for yourself? Join us in Grow3Leaders and discover that growing your leadership together is easier—and more fun—than doing it by yourself.
