Recognizing the urgent need for change and modern leadership for sustainability, Coach Wouter in 2013 founded TransformationFirst.Asia Pte Ltd as a thought leaders practice in Singapore. We coach executive and emerging leaders to become changemakers in their workplace, who can lead transformational change and level up their corporate performance for results and impact.

This always starts in people who are leaders or are keen to self-identify as emerging 21st-century leaders. People who are keen to lead and drive change and learn how to do that. Leaders who are ready to unlearn and learn again as they navigate transitions to level up.

We have also helped clients in Management Team retreats, full-day and multi-day training for managers, five-day experiential training for mid-level professionals, and various kinds of hands-on learning events with emerging leaders. We have a passion for facilitating cross-generational collaboration. Furthermore, we were among the first to offer hybrid events with online training matching onsite practice. To serve our clients on all continents, our coaching services already moved online many years ago, long before Covid-19 changed our workplaces.
