ACTivity/ LEADyear 2023 Challenge

Story 

It happened during the past three years. Since we started Grow3Leaders, well over 120 leaders from many countries have benefited from stretching themselves to practice effective leadership behaviors. Of these, 85 leaders formed a Collab of four and successfully completed the Grow3Leaders Challenge together, from a total of 97 who enrolled. That’s an 88% completion rate we are happy with. In the latest round of the challenge this year, the completion rate went up to an amazing 100%. 

It’s heartwarming to see leaders growing together rapidly like the bamboo forest in the photo. Together, we have celebrated the many ways in which their experiences (individual and collective) have empowered the graduates to level up in their leadership — and receive their digital credential badges as Collab Leaders and Collab Members. Most importantly, taking on the leadership challenge together in their Collabs has helped them to transform into confident and effective change-makers in their workplaces. And we are happy to see that many graduates have advanced to take on new leadership roles to challenge themselves further. 

Meanwhile, we listened to the feedback that the graduates have generously shared, to introduce a fee for joining our leadership challenges at Grow3Leaders. We are also learning from the latest research by our magnificent partners at Mighty Networks, the platform that powers Grow3Leaders. With the latest version of what they now call cultural software, we are leveling up our work in building a community of practice with a culture of collaborating, learning out loud together in a safe space, and co-creating and prototyping new solutions for your workplace. It’s a new culture well beyond what you see on social media. 

Challenge

Our next leadership challenge is called LEADyear 2023. It offers you the opportunity to become a trusted leader who makes (more) significant changes happen through your life and work in 2023. You will learn and practice what it takes to earn the trust of your colleagues, the trust of your business or organization (which can boost your career) and, importantly, to trust yourself as you transform and grow as a leader. It’s not an easy challenge, yet one with huge results.
