Jakarta, Indonesia - 26 November 2014. Citizens from across Indonesia called in to ask how the new government will help them solve their urgent water security issues. The live interview was hosted by Indonesia's RRI 3 radio station during the first Indonesia Water Learning Week held in Jakarta on 24-26 November. Water leaders from central and regional governments responded to the calls. The initiative helped to increase transparency in the government's work to increase water security across the archipelago of more than 17,000 islands. A dialogue among government ministries and multi and bilateral funding partners was facilitated by Leadership Coach Wouter T. Lincklaen Arriëns of TransformationFirst.Asia Pte Ltd. The participants identified priorities for collaboration, good practices for building partnerships, and some areas to start with.
