What actually lasts is not intention but practice. Since 2019, we’ve seen leaders grow by repeating simple, effective behaviors—especially when they practice together.
Small actions, done daily, change how leaders think and show up. Trust is earned over time, through consistency, reflection, and shared learning.
Challenge
The Trusted Leaders Challenge invites you to grow beyond resolutions. You form a Collab with three colleagues and commit to learning together for twelve months.
Each month, your Collab practices one effective leadership behavior at work and in life. You reflect, Do the Dailies, join mentoring calls, and share a three-minute video.
Over time, practice becomes confidence. Confidence becomes credibility. You complete the certification path and earn a digital credential you can share with pride.
