What reality do you see? Only your own? If so, you might be limiting your leadership impact.

Everyone experiences the world differently. We don’t all see things the same way.

Decades ago, researchers discovered that worldviews shape how we make sense of life. This insight is a game-changer for leaders. Understanding other people’s realities can transform how you connect and lead.

Challenge

To help leaders explore worldviews, we created the Worldviews Challenge in the Grow3Leaders community of practice.

The challenge shows that worldview literacy is a core leadership skill. You’ll explore the seven most common worldviews, each marked with a color.

You’ll also discover how these colors show up as the seven languages of leadership. Your goal: get familiar with these color languages and start practicing to Work In All Colors.
