OUTreach/ Exercising Your Leadership

Malang, 5 November 2016 — Students and teachers of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Brawijaya University in Malang, Indonesia, took time out to exercise their leadership skills.
The participants explored several leadership styles and roles, why happiness is a requirement for success rather than a result, and how to check if their mindset supports their leadership development.
They also prepared recommendations to the ASEAN Youth Leaders Association (AYLA) as it prepares for the regional community's 50th anniversary celebrations in 2017.
The initiative for the Pelatihan Leadership was taken by Professor Candra Fajri Ananda, Dean of the Faculty, and lecturer Dias Satria. Coach Wouter of TransformationFirst.Asia was the guest speaker.
