To help you get the results you want from your transition, we use our ACE Coaching process. First, we work together to Assess where you are now, and what drives you as a leader. Second, we clarify and determine what’s your Challenge to focus on in the transition. And third, we work on the skills and behaviors to Execute your challenge every week and get results.
What will your coaching look like? Of course, you receive 1:1 coaching sessions. These are empowered by the confidentiality of what you share. In the assessment phase, you get to take the ValueScan questionnaire, followed by the Work In All Colors training to help you connect with people who are driven by different worldviews. During the entire program, you will have access to a private coaching space to work 1:1 with Coach Wouter in between the sessions. By working together during the whole period, not just in the coaching sessions, you will generate the success of your transition.
