Ubud, Indonesia – 20 July 2015.  Do executives perform best when they present a perfect image?  Professor Jung Dong-Il at Yonsei University's School of Management points out that this is not the case.  In stead, he recommends that executives as well as emerging leaders should work on developing a personal authentic leadership style, explaining why this is more likely to motivate their colleagues to contribute their best to the work.  Professor Jung was recognized as one of the ‘top 30 prominent business thinkers’ in Korea and shared this insight at an Asian Ways of Leadership workshop organized by Singapore Management University's Human Capital Leadership Institute.
